This has resulted in the formation of The Ratcliffe Property Group and the NHR Director’s Pension Scheme (also under the Ratcliffe Property Group) which has the ability to invest in properties across the North West of England.


The NHR Director’s Pension Scheme was formed in 1997, investing and retaining retail, office, showroom and industrial property opportunities.


The Ratcliffe Property Group, working closely with its partners, is currently in a strong financial position and is receptive to finding more investment opportunities across the North West.

The Ratcliffe Property Group is looking for more opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors. Jarvis Commercial is particularly focussed on mixed-use schemes involving hospitality, retail, small office schemes and investment opportunities which either have estate management or redevelopment opportunities.
