PARTNERSHIPS

COLLABORATION IS AT THE HEART OF A JARVIS COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Here at Jarvis Commercial, we believe that collaboration and working in partnership with others results in enhanced and multi-faceted developments.

Real success and value can be measured when a development is created that serves multi purposes, and it is meaningful partnerships that make this possible.

We strive to work closely with local councils and communities to ensure that every development we undertake is both useful and welcomed.

Our leadership team has been involved in many builds over the years, nearly all of which have succeeded because of the thoughtful collaboration on which they have been built.

Partnerships can be created between different businesses, councils, organisations and individuals. In these instances, where various entities come together to achieve a common goal, the developments that emerge are able to add significant value to the places around them. This is the true measure of success.

Paul is now Lead Consultant in the Ratcliffe family, helping to develop Destiny, working with HCD and a team of dedicated professionals.

Nicholas and Paul are also working with Abbas Alhajj, CEO of The Hospitality World, Dubai. Collectively the Leadership Team have a proven global track record in town centre development and redevelopment.

The first scheme has been named Project Destiny as the focal point will be a multi-purpose 5,000 seat arena which will be the home of an anchor tenant affording the franchise control of its own Destiny. Other uses will increase the ground floor interactive uses with retail and hospitality space which will include an internal quality food hall, hospitality space as well as external markets and events areas. The scheme will also provide for medium-sized high-rise which will provide a boutique hotel, apartments and office space which can be purchased or leased in conjunction with the hotel operator.

Paul is already in discussion with a number of town centre land owners within Greater Manchester.

Nicholas & Paul have both been part of countless large-scale projects over the past few decades. The majority of these have involved working in tandem with local councils and large corporates and investors.

These successful collaborations demonstrate the experience and breadth of expertise within our management team.

Nicholas in particular is widely known for his involvement in successfully expanding Sainsbury’s presence in the North West of England and during his reign he developed in excess of £1m square feet of food and non-food retail space. Nicholas was also the property advisor for Kellogg’s for a number of years.

Prior to this he acquired assets such as Norwich Union House on King Street and strategic sites within the Castlefield Basin. The examples above are just a few.
